Same Day Delivery Policy

  • A minimum cart total of $70 (Mississauga) and $100 (surrounding cities)
  • Orders above $150 will have free delivery for all locations.
  • Orders must be checked ‘Same Day Delivery’ and are within our catering zone.

Orders that don’t meet the requirements above will result in failed order.

Mail Order Policy

  • Must be paid via Interac Email Transfer.
  • A minimum cart total of $100.
  • Orders above $200 will be free shipping.

Tracking ID will be presented once packages are shipped via ‘Xpress Post’.
Orders will be shipped out same day at 5:00 PM.

What are your operation hours?

(Monday – Friday): 10am – 8pm
(Saturday – Sunday): 12pm – 8pm

Which areas do you guys provide courier delivery?

We currently cater our delivery service to Mississauga. Prices vary on location, same day, or next day delivery ($5 discount).

Deliveries to Brampton, Oakville, Halton, Milton, Etobicoke, and Toronto carry an additional charge.

Deliveries to Hamilton, Scarborough, Vaughan, and Richmond Hill have a larger additional fee.

What are the delivery times and am I able to choose a time slot?

Yes, you will have the option to pick from two (2) time slots that fit your convenience! Our time slots are:


  • 11 am – 3 pm (Afternoon)
  • 4 pm – 8 pm (Evening)

We aim to deliver your order within 30 min – 2 hours (depending on location) after we’ve received your order. Our team will keep in touch with you to ensure our delivery timing is convenient to your availability.

What if I need my order delivered within 1 hour?

We offer a priority delivery service for an additional $10. We will upgrade your order to the top of our priority list. This means that your order will be delivered within 15 min – 1 hour, otherwise your entire delivery fee is waived!

Please text/call us before confirming your order to request this service. If you are located out of Mississauga, you may call and we will try our best to fulfill your order with priority service.

What happens if I'm not available to receive my order?

While our courier is en route, they will provide an ETA through text/call. If the customer does not respond within 5 minutes upon arrival, the package will be delivered the next day.

Same Day Delivery:
You will also have the option to authorize a safe drop if no one is present to receive the package.

We are not responsible for theft/lost packages, so please be sure it’s a safe spot.

Do you guys offer same day delivery?

Yes, for a fee depending on your delivery location. We offer FREE same day delivery for orders above $150 regardless of your location. Please read our same day delivery policy.

Do you guys offer Mail Orders?

Yes, yes, yes! We’d love our members to enjoy their cannabis & products out of our delivery area!

We have a flat rate of $15 to ship out anywhere Canada-Wide. Mail orders will be sent out ‘Xpress Post’ and will be presented a tracking code when shipped.

Orders over $200 are shipped for free!

Do I have to tip my delivery driver?

Tipping is optional. All tips stay with the driver.

Interac Email Transfers

Orders $100+ must be paid Interac E-mail Transfer.
This is a strict policy we have due to large amounts of customers not responding to couriers when they are en route. This method is to secure our order and to ensure both parties have smooth transactions.

Cash On Delivery

Please make sure you have the exact change of your total cart. Our couriers will not be carrying any change. 

Just a simple reminder..

For guest checkouts, drivers will ask for your ID before handing your package.
This is to verify you’re of age and the rightful owner of the package. If the name on the ID does not match, our drivers will not fulfill the order.

Email Confirmation
In rare cases, our e-mails will be sent to your junk folder. Please check junk folder to view your order confirmation and details.

How do I place an order?

How do I place an order?

    – Name
    – Contact number (Drivers will need this to send an ETA)
    – Full delivery address
    – Government Issued ID (First time customers)
    – Your order
  2. Place your order online:
    – Add the products you wish to purchase into the cart & checkout.
    – Fill in your billing information, pick out your shipping option and place your order.
    – If you chosen E-mail Transfer as your payment method, a set of instructions will be sent to your e-mail. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is sent.
What payment method do you currently accept?

We accept cash on delivery and Interac email transfers.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Our minimum checkout order is $70 (Mississauga) and $100 (surrounding cities). Orders more than $150 receive same day shipping for free!

What is the return policy?

We accept returns only on defective products. I.e., mold found in flowers, edibles/cartridges are defective. Otherwise, we will not accept any returns.

We are more than happy to ensure you are satisfied. Please contact us if you have concerns with your order and our team will try to make things right.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

If your order is already confirmed and out for delivery, we’re not able to honor your cancellation or changes.

This can be a concern for many people registering with us. We can 100% ensure you the information you provide us, will be kept CONFIDENTIAL.

What are loyalty points and how is it beneficial for me?

For every purchase you make, you will collect 1 point per $1 you spend. ex. For $60 purchases, you will collect 60 points.

You’re able to redeem points at increments of 200/400/600. etc.

Every 200 points is redeemable of $5.
ex. 200 points = $5
      400 points = $10
      600 points = $20

Minimum redeemable points is 200.
