Same Day Delivery Policy

  • A minimum cart total of $70 (Mississauga), $80 (Oakville) or $100 (surrounding cities)
  • Orders above $150 will have free delivery for all locations in our catering zone.
  • Orders must be checked ‘Same Day Delivery’.
  • Out of boundary deliveries (i.e, Hamilton, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Markham, etc) will have free delivery for orders over $250.

Orders that don’t meet the requirements above will result in failed order.

Mail Order Policy

  • Must be paid via Interac Email Transfer.
  • A minimum cart total of $100.
  • Free shipping for orders above $200.

Tracking ID will be presented once packages are shipped via ‘Xpress Post’.
Orders will be shipped out same day at 5:00 PM.

Do you guys offer same day delivery?

Yes, and the fee depends on your delivery location.

We offer FREE same day delivery for orders above $150.

If you are out of boundaries, we offer FREE delivery for orders over $250.

What are your operation hours?

(Monday – Friday): 10am – 8pm
(Saturday – Sunday): 12pm – 8pm

Which areas do you guys provide courier delivery?

We currently cater our delivery service to Mississauga. Prices vary on location, same day, or next day delivery.

Deliveries to Brampton, Oakville, Halton, Milton, Etobicoke, and Toronto carry an additional charge.

Out of boundary deliveries carry a larger additional fee (i.e., Hamilton, Scarborough, Vaughan, and Richmond Hill) but are FREE for orders over $250.

What are the delivery times and am I able to choose a time slot?

Please pick from the two time slots that fit your convenience:


  • 11 am – 3 pm (Afternoon)
  • 4 pm – 8 pm (Evening)

We aim to deliver your order within 30 min – 2 hours (depending on location) after we’ve received your order. Our team will keep in touch with you to ensure our delivery timing is convenient to your availability.

What if I need my order delivered within 1 hour?

We offer a priority delivery service for an additional $15. We will upgrade your order to the top of our priority list. This means that your order will be delivered within 15 min – 1 hour, otherwise your entire delivery fee is waived!

Please text/call us before confirming your order to request this service. If you are located out of Mississauga, you may contact us and we will try our best to fulfill your order with priority service.

What happens if I'm not available to receive my order?

While our courier is en route, they will provide an ETA through text/call. If the customer does not respond within 5 minutes upon arrival, the package will be delivered the next day.

Same Day Delivery:
You will also have the option to authorize a safe drop if no one is present to receive the package.

We are not responsible for theft/lost packages, so please be sure it’s a safe spot.

Do you offer mail orders?

Yes! We want everyone in Canada to enjoy our products!

There is a flat rate of $15 for Canada-wide shipping. Mail orders will be sent out via ‘Xpress Post’ and a tracking code will be provided.

Orders over $200 are shipped for free!

We ask that first time customers send us a copy of their ID. After you check-out, you will automatically receive instructions on how to provide your ID.

Email Confirmation
In rare cases, our e-mails will be sent to your junk folder. Please check junk folder to view your order confirmation and details.

How do I place an order?

1. Place your order online:
– Add the products you wish to purchase into the cart and then checkout.
– Input your billing info, delivery info, and payment method and then place your order.
– Don’t forget to apply coupon codes for freebies/discounts!

What payment method do you currently accept?

We accept cash on delivery and Interac Email Transfers (5% HST).

What is the return policy?

We accept returns only on defective products. Otherwise, we will not accept any returns.

Our goal is to keep everyone satisfied. Please contact us if you have concerns with your order and our team will try to make things right.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

If your order is already confirmed and out for delivery, we’re not able to honor your cancellation or changes.

Will my information be kept confidential?

Yes. Our database is secured and the information you provide us will be kept confidential.

What are loyalty points and how is it beneficial for me?

For every purchase you make, you will collect 1 point per $1 you spend. ex. For $60 purchases, you will collect 60 points.

You’re able to redeem points at increments of 200/400/600. etc.

Every 200 points is redeemable of $5.
ex. 200 points = $5
      400 points = $10
      600 points = $20

Minimum redeemable points is 200.
